Born in Northeast Florida, Scott stepped into the world of education through Taekwon-do. Just after his 14th birthday, his instructor placed him in command of classes for students, and thus began his career.

Scott went on to graduate with a degree in elementary education and began teaching in Charlotte, NC. During his 12 years there, he served a number of roles at the school, district, and state level. He then landed a national role with CTAC in 2012, building a robust portfolio of dozens of diverse projects across 30 states.

Faced with the challenge of federal funding cuts in 2025, Scott is now seeking his next career move and is excited for what the future holds!
